SBS has implemented SATbill for Sirm Italia in Italy, together with some specific customisations including integration with their finance system and the development of extra CDR loaders for two new providers. SBS also implemented the Customer Portal for Sirm Italia, which enables each of their customers to access their billing documents securely online.
