SBS has implemented SATbill for a global VSAT network operator (VNO), together with many specific customisations including integration with their finance and CRM systems. The developments were complex and involved the development of a number of API interfaces to enable two-way communications. Given the size of the VNO, SATbill's billing and mediation engine had to be perform to an an extremely high level.
